These minimal footprint floor mounted reticle racks are designed to protect masks from particles and ESD. Open structure allows clean air flow.
Fabrication material stainless steel 304 electropolished.
We offer racks with 25, 50, 75 slots. The slot size depends on the reticle mask case type - of which there are many in the market. Please choose the number of slots required and in the comments section on the request for quote page - write the details of your reticle mask case - manufacturer, model number etc - so we can quote the correct rack for you. |
